Co-Founder | Director - Client Partners
Neil leads client strategy and delivery oversight across North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Israel. With over 25 years of experience advising executives and structuring offshore engineering operations, he bridges commercial objectives with technical execution. He works directly with founders and enterprise leaders to ensure alignment between scope, budget, and delivery outcomes. His focus is long-term partnership, disciplined communication, and scalable team architecture that supports growth without sacrificing accountability. Neil holds degrees in Engineering, Economics, and Business from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from an American university.
