- Open Google Search Console for https://ventvest.com
- Go to Indexing → Pages
- Review the indexed page count — confirm it's moving toward the full, intentional count (excluding deleted/legacy pages)
- Click into 'Why pages aren't indexed' and scan for legitimate pages stuck in 'Crawled, currently not indexed'
- For each real page in that state: run URL Inspection → Request indexing
- Note any anomalies (unexpected URLs or parameters) in your internal log
- Go to Performance → Search results in GSC
- Set comparison window: Last 28 days vs previous period (or Last month vs previous month)
- Check impressions trend — up or down vs last month?
- Check clicks trend — up or down vs last month?
- Review any new queries where the site is appearing
- Screenshot the performance chart + top queries table and save to your monthly SEO folder
- In Google, search: site:ventvest.com
- Confirm stale pages (e.g., /about-us, /job-seekers) are gone from results
- Confirm no junk or internal pages (e.g., admin URLs, /OldHomePage) have appeared
- In Bing, search: site:ventvest.com
- Perform same sanity check — only legitimate, current pages should appear
- If unwanted URLs found: add to next month's Removals list in GSC
- If necessary, adjust routing/redirects in the app and re-publish
- Compile a list of any new pages/posts published in the last 30 days (BOFU content, services pages, region pages)
- For each new URL: run URL Inspection in GSC
- If not indexed or 'URL is not in Google' → click Request indexing
- Confirm total indexing requests stay within Google's daily limit (~10–12 URLs per property per day)
- Update your internal changelog: date of health check, URLs removed, re-requested, or flagged for follow-up
